The mission of the Youth Ministry is to nurture and empower youth, ages 3-18, by providing a wholesome environment for spiritual growth and development. Through age-appropriate worship, Bible studies, and engaging activities such as annual programs, Bible challenges, arts, music, and service opportunities, the ministry encourages children and teens to study, follow, and apply biblical principles. Focused on building a foundation of holy living and moral character, the ministry aims to guide young people in their decision-making, inspire a life of service, and prepare them as future leaders in the church and community.
YOUTH MINISTRY SEGMENTS
SUNSHINE BAND – This ministry is designed to nurture children through worship, instruction, and activities for children aged 3 to 12 years old. This ministry is vital in its role as it introduces children to God and Jesus as well as the biblical principles and concepts in an age-appropriate manner. In doing so through Bible Studies, outings, music, arts/crafts, and special worship services designed to instruct and give guidance in developing Christian character.

NEXT GENERATION – The mission of the Next Generation is to provide a wholesome environment for youth development in which youth ages 12-18 are encouraged to study, follow, and apply the concepts found in the Word of God. Also, to provide tools through various activities to empower them to follow Jesus’ example of living, service, and in life’s decision-making. The activities include annual programs, Bible challenges, Bible studies, and a host of other events. The ministry’s objective is to build on the foundation of Holy living, setting standards for good, moral behavior that will assist in developing future church and community leaders.
